As part of my desire to see educated and empowered females in charge of their lives and recoveries and pursuing their passions, I help all females who are struggling with their self esteem to find greater balance, embrace change and practice self-love. 

As a survivor of gender-based violence, when I got to the other side of my trauma after years of therapy, I still struggled with low self esteem.

I was a validation junkie, relying on others praise and approval to validate my worth.

 I suffered from impostor syndrome and gave up halfway through project after project.

I let people push past what little boundaries I had, constantly taking from me with little return.

I was exhausted. My self love was at a low … and my self talk was horrific

I didn’t eat properly, get enough rest, or get enough exercise…I often felt like a failure and struggled to connect with the world AND with myself.

And then… I found Transformational Habit Change Coaching. My coach gave me the motivation and support I needed to change my habits and build my confidence. Today, I say YES to myself every day. Yes, I can. Yes, I will learn how. Yes, I am good enough. Yes, I deserve it. Yes, I am more than worthy.

Transformation coaching is about moving beyond your past and taking charge of the relationship you have with yourself. The relationship you have with yourself is based on the story you tell yourself about who you are and what you deserve.
